Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include delivery to the areas listed in our Shipping policy. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by credit or debit card at checkout. We never ask for payment by wire transfer, Zelle, Cash App, gift cards or cryptocurrency.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If a unit is no longer available, we tell you and refund your payment in full.

Product descriptions

We describe each unit and its condition as accurately as we can. Used and refurbished units can show normal wear such as dents, scratches and surface rust. Colors and markings can differ slightly from the photos.

Delivery and ownership

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the unit is delivered and the delivery receipt is signed.

Condition and warranty

Each unit is sold in the condition described on its product page (new / one-trip, cargo-worthy, wind and watertight, refurbished or as-is). We do not give a separate warranty beyond that description. New trailers include the manufacturer's warranty where the manufacturer provides one.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a unit is limited to the price you paid for that unit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
